The agenda for the Church Conference is:
- Opening Declaration
- Election of Secretary
- Minutes from 2016 Church Conference
- The four (or five) items for a vote: Pastor’s compensation, Elect Leadership, Membership/removal, Lay Servant/Speaker Certification, Candidates for Ministry- if any
All signed originals need to be unbound, on white paper, and given to the DS or Elder at your church conference.
2017 Church Conference (CC) Forms
Electronic copies need to be uploaded to your charge Dropbox folder. Please see the 2017 Church Conference Forms Checklist for more details. Do NOT submit forms from other districts for your CC.
Pastor/Staff-Parish Relations Committee (PPRC/SPRC)
The PPRC/SPRC forms are due in the Dropbox folder for the Charge three weeks before you meet with the District Superintendent. If you have questions, contact the district office.
